Code of Conduct Policy

Concept Cricket Academy is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants, including players, coaches, officials, spectators, and staff. This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior and standards of conduct for everyone associated with our complex. By participating in any way, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

1. Respect for Others

1.1. Treat all individuals, fellow participants, coaches, staff, and facilities with respect, courtesy, and fairness, regardless of their age, gender, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or skill level.

1.2. Do not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying, including verbal, physical, or online abuse.

1.3. Refrain from using offensive language or gestures.

1.4. Show respect for the decisions and judgments of officials, coaches, and other participants.

2. Sportsmanship

2.1. Play with integrity and follow the rules of the game.

2.2. Accept both victory and defeat graciously. Avoid excessive celebration or poor sportsmanship.

2.3. Encourage and support fellow participants, teammates, and opponents.

2.4. Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. If you’re unable to attend, notify the academy in advance.

3. Safety

3.1. Prioritize safety at all times. Use appropriate protective gear and equipment as required.

3.2. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to staff immediately.

3.3. Do not engage in any behavior that could endanger yourself or others.

4. Facility and Equipment Care

4.1. Respect the property and equipment of Concept Cricket Academy. Do not vandalize or misuse any facilities or items.

4.2. Return borrowed equipment to its proper place after use.

5. Alcohol and Substance Use

5.1. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on Concept Cricket Academy premises.

5.2. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during any activities.

6. Social Media and Online Conduct

6.1. Be responsible and respectful when using social media and other online platforms. Do not engage in online harassment or cyberbullying.

6.2. Refrain from sharing sensitive or confidential information about the complex, its participants, or staff online.

7. Reporting Violations

7.1. If you witness or experience any violation of this Code of Conduct, report it to the complex staff immediately.

7.2. Concept Cricket Academy will investigate and take appropriate action in response to reported violations.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, which can include warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the complex, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
